Refund policy

Returns
Our refund or exchange policy is for 10 days after receipt of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund your item must be returned to us within 10 days in original, new, un-used condition. It must also be in the original packaging and include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will advise you by email whether or not it has been accepted for refund. If accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days of our email please contact your bank or credit card company as there is often a processing delay. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@cottonstore.co.nz.

Sale items
Only regular priced items can be refunded. We regret sale items can not be refunded unless faulty.

Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please be aware that we will not exchange at our expense items where variations in their natural appearance varies from those seen in our store or catalogues. If you wish to exchange one for the same or another item, please contact us by email first at sales@cottonstore.co.nz so we make arrangements.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
