Order Processing Times
Orders received will be dispatched within 3 days of receipt, unless advised otherwise

Shipping Times
Goods are standardly sent via courier and actual delivery times vary according to the individual courier timetable for each area. Tracking information will be sent to customers so as to have as much information available on the delivery.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping applies to North and South Islands. Extra charges for outlying islands apply. Rural delivery for larger mats may be to nearest depot due to local courier restrictions.

Local Pickup
Collection can be arranged from our warehouse in Kaiwharawhara, Wellington. Please contact us if this more convenient.

Returns
For goods to be returned we must be advised within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods must then be returned in un-used condition and in original packaging (if any) and must include customer details and copy of receipt. Return goods to be sent to The Cotton Store C/- 12 wade Street, Wadestown, Wellington.

Return freight 
Costs are at customers expense and will not be refunded unless in the case of faulty products.

Should your order arrive damaged, please take photos and send to us at sales@cottonstore.co.nz as soon as possibleWe will send you a return label to ship the items back to us and send you a replacement accordingly.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Exchanges can be made. Please advise your requirements before returning original order so we can accommodate your exchange request.

Cancellations or changes to an order can be made up to 3 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us immediately to make the changes. Current contact details are on our website.
