The Flokati rug is an anciently crafted woollen rug from Greece and has been, for some time, made from NZ wool. These rugs have the added interest of a unique shag pile and texture, not found in any other floor rug.
The Flokati has been made traditionally the same way since ancient times and were once considered too precious to put on the floor. It came into vogue in the ‘70’s, adding warmth, comfort, and style to interiors in this retro era, and never really left. It has a lovely, natural, smart, or casual look and is always a popular choice.
